Upstairs Arts Collective is an artist-led community that sublets our spaces from a commercial landlord; we are not a non-profit organization. We share the role of reviewing inquiries and make decisions as a group. We appreciate your patience while we get back to you! We generally respond to inquiries within a week.

FAQ

  • Our spaces are a little quirky: some are private, some are semi-private; but they all share a central air system. For this reason, we have some limitations regarding odors, smells and ventilation. 

  • There is currently no slop sink within the collective space, and water is accessed in the shared kitchenette area and restrooms.

  • We currently do not have an event space within the building, but if you have a need for a workshop, meeting, or small group gathering space, please feel free to fill out the inquiry form. We love to share resources and connect artists to artists!
